직장 때문에 다시 전화기를 들고 다녀야할 시간이 왔다. 이번에는 이멜까지 확인 할 수 있는 것으로 가야하니… 다달이 내야할 돈이 조금 아깝구나. ㅡ.ㅡ; 셀폰이 필요한 것도 아니고…

윈도즈 모빌이 되는 것으로 해야하는데 선택이 그리 많지 않다. 삼성 블랙잭 2도 괜찮아 보이긴 한데… 전화기로 이멜 읽을거지 보낼 일은 그리 많지 않을거 같기도 하고 해서 키보드에 쓰이는 자리가 좀 아깝고. 큰거 들고 다니기도 싫고… iPhone도 Exchange Server랑 연결 가능하다는데… iPhone도 별로고. 요즘 눈에 띄이는 것은 HTC Touch series인데… 회사에서 디스카운트는 안하는거 같고…

뭐 좀 쌈팍한거 없나? 아예 MP3도 쉽게 되고 movie도 볼 수 있는거면 좋겠네. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

For the past one year I have interviewed enough people to set my own standard for the best SDET candidates. Here is the list of credentials that I am looking for when I interview SDET:

• Coding skill – This is a must. What I don’t want to see is using a data structure without a good reason. That explains the level of understanding of software engineering.
• Tester eyes – Can you catch critical flow of your code? Can you catch edge cases of a program?
• Scope – Can you generalize a problem? Can you extend the idea beyond a problem asked?
• Communication skill – Do you ask if a problem is not clear? Can you negotiate with a good reason?

Thursday, while I was so busy with organizing the interview session with five people, I checked the date. “July 10.” Wait a minute.. today is the day. Wow, it has been 2 years already???

What have I accomplished for last two years? What have I failed to accomplish? I guess I have accomplished a few things important. And I guess I could have done better. Now, where will I be in 3 years. What will I be doing in my 5th anniversary and what will I have accomplished by then.
